UR ABHI TECHNOLOGIES provides professional information technology solutions, including custom full-stack web application development, mobile application development (Android & iOS), cloud infrastructure configuration, payment gateway integrations, and recurring maintenance subscriptions.
All bespoke software development projects are executed based on mutual requirements and project specifications agreed upon in writing. Turnaround times, milestones, and deliverables are specified per individual service contract.
For cloud architecture, maintenance, and ongoing SaaS subscriptions, services are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis as specified in the chosen plan. Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party payment gateways (Cashfree Payments, UPI, Net Banking, and Credit/Debit Cards). All pricing is denominated in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) unless otherwise explicitly specified.
Upon full settlement of all agreed project dues, all custom source codes, assets, and design files specifically developed for the client shall become the exclusive intellectual property of the client. Proprietary third-party libraries, open-source frameworks, and standardized background tooling remain subject to their respective open-source licenses.
The client agrees to provide timely feedback, assets, and necessary access credentials required for project completion. Delays caused by client non-responsiveness shall adjust the estimated delivery timeline accordingly.
In no event shall UR ABHI TECHNOLOGIES, its directors, or employees be held liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from downtime, business interruption, or unauthorized third-party interference beyond our reasonable technical control.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram / New Delhi, India.
